He then went to Baltimore for residency training in otolaryngology / head and neck surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

“I decided to become a doctor because I enjoyed school and the challenges of studying medicine as well having the opportunity to work in a helping profession where I could make a positive difference in people's lives,” he said. “The ear, nose and throat specialty is especially rewarding because we deal with a wide variety of patients from newborns to geriatric and everything in between. We also treat a variety of illnesses using medical and surgical methods.”
